Yum Yum


Yesterday I wanted to eat a potato. I wanted a big, fat, loaded, baked potato. BUT I knew that wouldn't be enough for Mikell for dinner so I made baked potato soup! And it was warm and yummy!

I got the recipe from here. I made a few changes - didn't use as much flour as told and added some chicken broth in place of some of the milk. I also used baking potatoes and I think next time I will use red potatoes.

It was a warm, hearty dinner. A good soup for a night filled with snow.
