BBQ Chicken Pizza


The Pizza Hut in Spain had the most amazing bbq (barbacoa) pizza. I was reluctant to try it, I'll admit...but I fell in love! So the other day I was perusing a recipe website and found a recipe for bbq chicken pizza! SOOOOooooo I decided I'd try it. I made a few adjustments to the recipe but all in all it was delish!

I had to make the tomato chutney from scratch because apparently El Paso doesn't know what it is. But instead of the Jamaican Jerk seasoning (which El Paso also doesn't believe in) I added bbq sauce and hot sauce a) to thicken it up a bit and b) to make it yummier!

It wasn't as good as Spain's - but it was good! I think Mikell was pleased. ;)
